Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, PKC-b-II_pS660, and C-Raf. Each is linked with MAPT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPT-to-partner and partner-to-MAPT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
