Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAPRE3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAPRE3 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MAPRE3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPRE3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, OV, and STAD are the cancer types where MAPRE3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
