MAPRE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,123 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF40B, MAPK8IP1, and FBXO44. Each is linked with MAPRE3 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPRE3 versus PRPF40B in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
