MAPRE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPRE3_S162, MAP1A_S667, and CHCHD6. Each is linked with MAPRE3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPRE3 versus MAPRE3_S162 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
