MAPRE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,434 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP5, KIF2C, and OIP5. Each is linked with MAPRE3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPRE3 versus DLGAP5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
