MAPRE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,581 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, POLDIP3, and ADNP2. Each is linked with MAPRE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 grouped by MAPRE3-low versus MAPRE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
