MAPRE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, MEK1, and Rad50. Each is linked with MAPRE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by MAPRE2-low versus MAPRE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
