MAPRE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPRE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,447 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPGS2, WDR7, and ELP2. Each is linked with MAPRE2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPRE2 versus TPGS2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
