MAPRE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPRE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, REG1B, and OR10W1. Each is linked with MAPRE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by MAPRE2-low versus MAPRE2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
