Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,177 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPRE1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, Protein sumoylation, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with MAPRE1P2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE1P2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance grouped by MAPRE1P2-low versus MAPRE1P2-high in STAD.
