MAPRE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, ADNP, and CTNNBL1. Each is linked with MAPRE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPRE1 versus CSE1L in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
