MAPRE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,131 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM174A, CDK5RAP1, and RAB22A. Each is linked with MAPRE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPRE1 versus FAM174A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
