Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPRE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Cadherin, EGFR_pY1068, and INPP4B. Each is linked with MAPRE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPRE1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPRE1 results are reported.
