MAPKBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPKBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP12A, BPIFB2, and OR4C6. Each is linked with MAPKBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKBP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP12A grouped by MAPKBP1-low versus MAPKBP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
