Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAPKAPK5P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAPKAPK5P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MAPKAPK5P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPKAPK5P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.
BLCA, PAAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where MAPKAPK5P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
