Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAPKAPK3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAPKAPK3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MAPKAPK3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPKAPK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where MAPKAPK3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
