Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPKAPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPKAPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP3R2, ZNRF4, and TSPY8. Each is linked with MAPKAPK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK3 results are reported.
