MAPKAPK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,331 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAPK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPK14, UQCR10, and ARID4B. Each is linked with MAPKAPK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPKAPK2 versus MAPK14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
