Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAPK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,589 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPKAPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK2, FLI1, and PCED1B. Each is linked with MAPKAPK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPKAPK2 versus DOCK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
