MAPKAPK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,472 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02438, SNRPGP17, and CHEK1. Each is linked with MAPKAPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02438 grouped by MAPKAPK2-low versus MAPKAPK2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
