Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPKAPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,584 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIPOR1, ARL8A, and PEA15. Each is linked with MAPKAPK2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK2 results are reported.
