Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPKAPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,433 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAPK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endocytic recycling, Response to hypoxia, and Response to epidermal growth factor. Each is linked with MAPKAPK2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK2 results are reported.
