Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPKAPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPKAPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D4 and DPPA5. Each is linked with MAPKAPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAPK2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAPK2 results are reported.
