MAPKAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, SET, and C9orf78. Each is linked with MAPKAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPKAP1 versus PRRC2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
