MAPKAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPKAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RICTOR, AK8, and AUH. Each is linked with MAPKAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPKAP1 versus RICTOR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
