Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPKAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,806 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPKAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Vascular endothelial cell response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with MAPKAP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPKAP1 results are reported.
