The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MAPK8IP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAPK8IP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and COAD are the cancer types where MAPK8IP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
