Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK8IP1P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK8IP1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC3P, ZMAT4, and INSL5. Each is linked with MAPK8IP1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8IP1P2-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8IP1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC3P grouped by MAPK8IP1P2-low versus MAPK8IP1P2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK8IP1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK8IP1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
