Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK8IP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,764 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK8IP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARVCF, MYEF2, and MYEF2_S17. Each is linked with MAPK8IP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8IP1-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8IP1 results are reported.
