MAPK8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,270 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, CTBP2, and NCOA5. Each is linked with MAPK8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK8 versus NHLRC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
