Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,520 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFBP, MCU, and MED11. Each is linked with MAPK8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK8 versus KIFBP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
