MAPK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,057 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN2P22, RPSAP35, and OSGEP. Each is linked with MAPK8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN2P22 grouped by MAPK8-low versus MAPK8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
