Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of binding, Negative regulation of protein binding, and Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. Each is linked with MAPK8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK8-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK8 results are reported.
