MAPK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,600 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALKBH5, EPN2, and HID1. Each is linked with MAPK7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK7-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK7 versus ALKBH5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
