Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,309 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAP30-DT, PMP22, and MFAP2. Each is linked with MAPK7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK7-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK7 versus SAP30-DT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
