MAPK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1AP1, IMP3P2, and OR13I1P. Each is linked with MAPK7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK7-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAR1AP1 grouped by MAPK7-low versus MAPK7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
