Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MEK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with MAPK7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK7-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MAPK7-low versus MAPK7-high in UCEC.
