Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,309 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic cytokinesis, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with MAPK7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK7-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK7 results are reported.
