MAPK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL31, ZNF232, and MYH6. Each is linked with MAPK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK7-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL31 grouped by MAPK7-low versus MAPK7-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
