Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK6P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,010 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK6P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum organization, Positive regulation of protein ubiquitination, and Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MAPK6P6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK6P6-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK6P6 results are reported.
