MAPK6P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK6P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,266 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK6P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MAPK6P5 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK6P5-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK6P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule-based transport grouped by MAPK6P5-low versus MAPK6P5-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK6P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK6P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
