MAPK6P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK6P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,927 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK6P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGKH, HELZ, and PARGP1. Each is linked with MAPK6P3 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK6P3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK6P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK6P3 versus DGKH in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK6P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK6P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
