Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK6P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,352 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK6P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DGKH, LMNA_S71, and PTP4A2. Each is linked with MAPK6P3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK6P3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK6P3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK6P3 versus DGKH in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK6P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK6P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
