Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Bid. Each is linked with MAPK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK4-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by MAPK4-low versus MAPK4-high in SKCM.
