MAPK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A24, SLC35G4, and GHRH. Each is linked with MAPK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK4-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A24 grouped by MAPK4-low versus MAPK4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
