MAPK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,058 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SND1, DDAH1, and DNAJB11. Each is linked with MAPK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAPK3 versus SND1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
