MAPK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 459 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA14B, RPL35P8, and GAPVD1. Each is linked with MAPK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA14B grouped by MAPK3-low versus MAPK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
