Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, MEK1, and PRDX1. Each is linked with MAPK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK3 results are reported.
