Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAPK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,605 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway, Regulation of Golgi inheritance, and Positive regulation of macrophage proliferation. Each is linked with MAPK3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK3 results are reported.
