Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPK1IP1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAPK1IP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with MAPK1IP1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPK1IP1L-to-partner and partner-to-MAPK1IP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by MAPK1IP1L-low versus MAPK1IP1L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPK1IP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPK1IP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
